History, Organization and Objectives


Galphin Real Estate Services, Inc. was formed in 2004 through the purchase of a local firm, which for over twenty years specialized in long term rentals of residential and commercial properties and had become the area's largest rental property management company.

In 2007, we added an Association Management Division specifically to address the needs of Homeowner and Condominium Associations. This was in response to the increasing number of associations being developed with a limited number of companies providing services. It seemed logical to introduce competition into an area where a select few dominated the market.

Our established residential property management business has provided a valuable platform in evaluating, bidding, supervising and follow up with the full range of sub-contractor and service providers. From routine work orders to complex construction issues, we understand the process of getting things done in a timely and most economical fashion.

For Buyers and Sellers of real estate we continue to provide professional representation from our highly qualified staff.


Our staff includes the owners, both of whom work in the business full time. Nip Galphin has been a real estate broker for over 30 years, engaging in all phases of brokerage and development activities. Joy Galphinpreviously owned and operated a large executive office suites business in Atlanta for over 20 years.

We strive to maximize our owners' return on their investments by using our best efforts to minimize vacancy and keep the properties occupied at the highest rental rates the market will allow for the individual properties. We feel it is our duty to advise our clients, based on our experience, on rental rates and sales prices we feel will be fair and at the same time attract tenants and buyers to the specific property.
